With 25 years of experience and a team of foster care professionals we have established a software-based screening tool to ensure prospective foster parents are properly pre-screened and not one inquiry is overlooked.

92% of the individuals we pre-screen are scheduled for an orientation/information meeting.
This is achieved in part through our lead nurturing program, where your agency will remain top of mind with prospective foster parents.

Over 42% that are scheduled for an orientation/information meeting attend. Once they are scheduled we have a follow up process to ensure they attend.

  1. Email and Letter Confirmation
    • The prospective foster parent immediately receives an email and letter confirming their appointment.

  2. Postcard Reminder
    • A week before the orientation/information meeting the prospective foster parent will receive a postcard with information regarding the location
    and time of the meeting.

  3. Follow-up Phone Call and Email
    • We understand that life is busy and things come up. The day before the meeting the prospective foster parent will receive a phone call,
    or email if unreachable, to ensure attendance.
    • If they are unable to attend due to life’s emergencies we will schedule them up to two more times dependant on the seriousness of the inquiry
    and the reason in which they are unable to attend.
